rideapet.app is a static reference site about Ride A Pet. There is no sign-up, comment form, payment flow, advertising, or application database. The site does use the analytics services described below.
Information the site operator does not request
The site does not ask visitors for a name, email address, Roblox username, password, payment method, or profile. There is no account to create and no public submission form. If you email the operator, the message and address you provide remain in that mailbox and are used to handle your request.
Hosting and network request data
Loading any website sends technical request information to its hosting and network providers, such as an IP address, timestamp, requested path, user-agent string, and sometimes a referring page. Cloudflare also provides privacy-focused Web Analytics based on browser performance data; Cloudflare states that this service does not collect or use visitors’ personal data.
Analytics services
The site currently loads four measurement services:
- Google Analytics 4 measures page views, users, sessions, approximate location, and browser and device information. Google states that its default web implementation uses the
_gafirst-party cookie to distinguish users and sessions. See Google Analytics data collection. - Microsoft Clarity records interaction events such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, window changes, page and diagnostic events, and DOM changes used for session playback. Microsoft states that privacy-sensitive fields are masked. See Microsoft Clarity data collection.
- Plausible CE sends a pageview event to the site’s Plausible endpoint with the current page URL, referrer, and the
rideapetsite identifier. Its deployed script also supports custom event metadata, though this site currently uses the standard pageview integration. - Cloudflare Web Analytics collects real-user performance metrics through the browser Performance API. See Cloudflare Web Analytics.
These services are used to understand which guides are useful, how readers reach the site, and whether pages work well on different devices. Browser settings and content-blocking tools can block analytics requests; stored cookies can be removed through the browser’s site-data controls.
Embedded video
The homepage offers a YouTube player through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. The iframe is not loaded until the visitor presses Play. Loading or interacting with it can still send technical information such as an IP address, browser data, page URL, and playback actions to Google or YouTube. YouTube’s handling of that information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Outbound links
Guides may link to Roblox pages, developer accounts, community wikis, videos, or other cited material. Following one of those links moves the visitor to a service with its own privacy practices. Ride A Pet Guide does not control those services or claim that their policies match this one.
Advertising status
The site does not currently serve Google AdSense or other third-party advertising. This policy will be updated before advertising is enabled.
Privacy requests
There is no user account, submission database, or advertising profile held by this site to export or erase. Privacy questions can be sent to hi@rideapet.app. Requests concerning information held by an analytics provider may also be subject to that provider’s controls and privacy terms.
